What we collect and why
When you contact us through this website, we collect the details you enter — your name, email address, telephone number, any message you write, and any preferences you tell us about what you are looking for. We use these to respond to you and to follow up about your enquiry. Our basis for doing so is that you asked us to get in touch, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our residences.
If you consent to analytics and advertising cookies, we also collect information about how this site is used and how you reached it. Our basis for this is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers who act for us: our customer relationship management provider, which is where your enquiry is received and managed; our website host; and, if you consent to them, the analytics and advertising providers named below. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or in connection with a sale or restructuring of the business.
If you consent to advertising cookies, we share a record of your enquiry with Meta, including your contact details in an encrypted form that cannot be read, so that we can measure our advertising. Your message is never shared.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the site to work. These do not require your consent.
We also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the site is used, and advertising cookies (Meta) to measure our advertising. These are set only if you accept them. Nothing in either category is loaded until you choose.
You can accept or decline when you first arrive, and change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the footer of any page. Declining does not affect your ability to contact us.
Where your information goes
We operate from Indonesia and our service providers operate internationally, so your information will be transferred outside the country you are in, including outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep our ordinary business records, after which we delete or anonymise them. Analytics and advertising data is kept for the retention period applied by the provider holding it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy
- have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected
- have your information deleted, unless we are required to keep it
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
- receive your information in a portable format
- withdraw your consent to analytics and advertising at any time, using the Cookie Settings link in the footer
Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date shown at the top of it.
